About Assured Prop

Assured Prop helps people find a new home in Pune. For each new-launch residential project we bring together what builders' own brochures show (floor plans, amenities, specifications, carpet areas) with the project's MahaRERA registration, so you can compare projects without chasing information from several places.

Prices and floor plans unlock when you sign up, which is free. We ask for your name, email and mobile number so that our team can understand what you are looking for and help you.

Most property searches end with your phone number passed to several people you never chose to hear from. We built Assured Prop the other way round.
