Terms of use

Assured Prop ("we", "us") provides information about new-launch residential projects, and lets you ask a builder to contact you about a project. The information is for general guidance. Nothing on the site is an offer, a quotation, a valuation or advice, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a builder.

• You need to be 18 or older. Give us your real name, an email address you can read and a mobile number that is yours.
• We confirm your email with a code. Keep your email account secure; anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
• One mobile number can belong to one account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Your details are then removed, as described in our privacy policy.

• Your details are shared with a builder's salesperson only when you ask that builder to contact you, for that one project, and only as shown on the screen where you give your consent.
• If you choose a virtual meeting, the builder receives only your name and email address, not your mobile number.
• You can withdraw your request at any time from your privacy page. We then stop sharing your details and ask the builder to stop contacting you. We cannot take back details a builder already holds.
• Our own team may contact you on your mobile number or email to understand your requirements.

Project details come from builders' brochures and the MahaRERA website and may change without notice. Carpet areas are as stated under RERA where available. Images, plans and artist's impressions are indicative. Prices shown are as of the date given and are not a quotation; availability, taxes, charges and offers can differ. Please read our disclaimer and confirm everything with the builder and on the MahaRERA website before you book.

We may offer rewards on successful bookings made through Assured Prop. A reward programme, if any, is governed by its own terms and conditions, which we will publish on this website. Until those terms are published, nothing on this site is a promise of a particular reward.

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully, or give false details;
• copy, scrape or resell project information, images or plans in bulk;
• try to get around the sign-in, or access areas or data that are not yours;
• interfere with the site or its security.

The Assured Prop name, logo, design and our own text belong to us. Brochure pages, plans, renders and project names belong to the respective builders and are shown for information. You may not use them commercially without the owner's permission.

We link to the MahaRERA website and may link to builders' sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

The site and its information are provided as they are. We take care to keep them accurate, but we do not promise they are complete, current or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on the site, or from the conduct of a builder or any other third party. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited, including your rights under RERA.

• We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept it.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any right you have to approach another forum under the law.
